Jean is incredible. This was not my first experience with Jean and John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate. In 2018, Jean sold my townhome in Verandah and found a wonderful new home in Cascades at River Hall for my new husband and me. I had been a widow and completely clueless about selling and buying a property. Not only was Jean very informative and patient with all of my questions, but she went over and beyond with explaining paperwork. Also, she made numerous visits to the under construction "finishing work" of our new home in Cascades at River Hall since I was in Illinois at the time. Not only did Jean take the time to take some measurements for me, but she checked to make sure the contractors were doing a sufficient job throughout their "finishing work." On one occasion, she even accepted an early delivery of our new dining room chairs at the new house and loaded them in her SUV since I hadn't closed yet, and the builder wouldn't accept the early delivery. She then loaded them up again in her SUV to bring to our closing. Then six years later in June and July this summer, Jean again demonstrated the same professionalism, conscientiousness, and detail-oriented interaction with my husband and me when she sold our original house in Cascades, and we purchased a larger home in our same community. When the inspection process on the home we were selling indicated that the exterior electrical box needed to be replaced because of a rusty door, Jean initiated an investigation into the original electrical company who installed it and saved my husband and me much $ for this repair. This is only one of many examples of her commitment to her clients. I could go on and on regarding Jean's expertise and knowledge and can't say enough about our positive experience with Jean. Both my husband and I feel so fortunate to have had her as our realtor twice now. Jean Williamson deserves to be praised and rewarded for her excellent real estate service.

It was very easy to sell our property with Jean. It was seamless my dad is 92 and she put him at ease throughout the entire process. We were able to do all of the sales and closing by Internet and phone. This was important since we were 3 hours away from the sold property.
